I am writing today to address the situation with the corona virus in Maryland and to assure you that we are both actively monitoring this situation as well as prepared to address your service and meeting needs should the situation become worse.

Not a day goes by that we don’t receive notice of another notice or closure due to the Covid-19 virus. We prepared and have begun implementing our contingency plans to be able to continue to offer you service, even if we are unable to physically be in the office.

We are set up to work virtually. In fact, if you spoke to me on a Friday during the summer months, I already was. We have two laptops that are encrypted and secure that we can use to work from home. All of our programs are web based and all of our documents have been stored electronically for the last 8 years.

In addition, our phone system is web based. This means that if you call the office number, we will still be able to pick up the call as if we were physically in the office.

If you are scheduled to come in and would rather stay at home, we have Zoom Meeting so that we can conduct the meeting virtually.

As the situation develops, we will continue to adjust our response, following advice and direction from the CDC and the Maryland state medical board, but regardless of the physical limitations, we are prepared to continue providing you the service that you have come to expect.
