Amanda McCarty joined C. Beach Brown in 2025, bringing with her a decade of service in the U.S. Navy and government. As a former U.S. Naval Officer, Amanda developed a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and attention to detail, skills she now applies every day in her role as Client Care Coordinator.
Amanda focuses on managing application and account processes from start to finish, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately, tracked carefully, and followed through without missing a step. What motivates her most is helping people succeed, celebrating both the big milestones and the small wins along the way. She believes that clients deserve to feel seen, heard, and cared for, and she approaches every task with that mindset.
Born in Woodbury, New Jersey and raised across the East Coast, Amanda attended Mary Baldwin University, where she studied International Relations and Asian Studies. During college, she competed in cross country and track and participated in the Virginia Women’s Institute for Leadership, a cadet corps program that helped shape her development as an officer and leader. Amanda is currently studying for her SIE exam and is enthusiastic about continuing to grow within the financial services industry.
Known for her bubbly personality and genuine warmth, Amanda enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues. Outside of work, she loves walking, running, and reading. She lives in Arnold, Maryland with her husband and their son.
